By accessing or using Marketing Team in a Box ("Service"), operated by Smart Website Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Marketing Team in a Box provides done-for-you marketing services for local service businesses, including but not limited to: website creation, AI receptionist services, automated follow-ups, CRM access, and content creation (Pro plan).
We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your card will be automatically charged for your selected plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
There is a 3-month minimum commitment after your free trial ends. After the initial 3-month period, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum commitment period by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
The domain name and phone number provided as part of your service are owned by Smart Website Management. You have full use of them while your subscription is active. After 12 consecutive months of service, you may request transfer of your domain name to your ownership.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smart Website Management and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your business content (logos, text, images you provide) remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Website Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Website Management, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
